Dr. Bob Graybill

Bob graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a Masters of Science in Integrative Medicine Research. While in school he completed a thesis on the impact of community based nutrition education on patient outcomes and completed a 1-year GI clinic mentoring program. Outside of his school program, Bob is also writing for the Marfan foundation and has spoken about GI issues for the Ehler’s Danlos Society. Bob is pursuing continued training in physical medicine, pediatrics, and mental health.

When he’s not working, Bob spends time with his wife and 4-year-old daughter. He enjoys cooking diverse cuisine, discussing science fiction, and reading comic books by flashlight.

John Braddock, MD, CEO

Dr. Braddock was born and raised in the Northwest; living in Lewiston, Idaho, Spokane, Washington and Salt Lake City, Utah. His undergraduate degree was earned at Whitman College. He attended medical school and internship at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center. He became board certified in Emergency Medicine in 1973. In 1987, he completed a mini-residency in Occupational Medicine.

He began his career practicing Emergency Medicine at Legacy Health group in Portland. While at Legacy, he was twice elected as the president of the medical staff of Legacy Meridian Park Hospital and once elected Chairman of the Legacy Physician Group. In 1999 he also began directing Legacy Health System's Occupational Medicine program, which he would later acquire. In 2011, the occupational medicine program was sold to a national company.

He currently is the Medical Director of Majoris Health Systems and continues to practice medicine via a small active practice.

Matthew Jacobsen, COO

Matthew has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Accounting. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Jacobsen has developed practical, on the job experience in various facets of business including; banking, finance, and healthcare. He is also the founder and manager of MTSL Group and Vitality NW.

Prior to launching Phenix Health he held the titles of Credit Manager, General Manager, and COO in locally-owned, small to midsize companies, serving several different sectors.

When not serving the needs of clients or spending time with his wife and kids, Mr. Jacobsen enjoys bowling, hiking, and playing poker.
